Even before my appointment, I got a call from the service center to make sure I was aware that my car wouldn't get looked at till the end of the day (due to how late I originally scheduled my appointment). So they ask if I would want to change my appointment so I would be able to have my car back by the end of the day.

I cannot say enough about the service and kind greeting I received from the first day I arrived onto the showroom floor. The reception was even nice. I must say that I would drive further to your dealership again and again, as opposed to going to Hyundai right here in the South Bay area. Everything from the service staff to customer service at Puente Hills Hyundai doesn't compare to any other dealership. I thank Kelly again for everything she did in helping out when it was needed. I have been interested in buying a 2011 Elantra Limited for over 2 months now. I have contacted over 12 Hyundai Dealerships in the inland empire, LA county, and Orange County, most dealerships either didn't have what I was looking for, or were very rude on the phone, or had huge markups on the MSRP prices. I contacted Puente Hills, and luckily I dealt with the nicest most honest Sales Man (MANNY SOTO), he was a man of his word, he kept the car for me till the next day (WITHOUT A DEPOSIT), and gave me an amazing deal (totally not like other car sales people, who deceive and bleed you dry for your last penny). If you want to buy a Hyundai, I really recommend Puente Hills Hyundai and more importantly MANNY SOTO. Great guy. If I could give him a rating of 1000000 stars I would.

I would like to thank Larry Rusk as he help me with my service for the 22,500 mile service. One thing I was not aware of is the filter for the inside of the car and he showed me that filter and it was very bad. He so explain the reason for it and what all we cleaned to go a long with it.

I want to thank you on behalf of all of us here at Jung’s for the wonderful service in parts during the last few months. Time after time, Fernando Reyes has been treating us with dignity ,courtesy , and respect. It’s all the little things that make up great service. A simple return call and superb follow up assistance is very important in our work. We have very demanding customers that do not have patience and need to provide them accurate estimated time of part arrivals. It makes it easier when the parts department takes the time to help . So many other dealerships will be rude and forget we are the customers. I have switched many dealerships for that simple fact. He has never pointed the finger at anyone else and will takes blame for any missed items. I respect honest service and running an Autobody shop , I too ,take full responsibility for any unsatisfactory work. We called late just before closing and Jake Webber stayed late for us. It's people Like Jake Webber who make buying a car such a wonderful experience. He was very professional and nice to us. I just wanted to write that my past experience at Puente Hills was a very good one, due to Javier Esquvel. I had a problem with my Veracruz and was not able to fix at two other dealerships. They all told me that they weren't any major mechanical problems and that there was just an electronic error.
But my car was only at 35,000 miles when it started to stall for no reason. I took it into Puente Hills and had talked to Javier. This was about a year ago, and am just writing this to tell you that I will be returning to service my new car which is a hyundai, because of Javier. Since, he was the only one who really listened and went out of his way to fix the problem and was very diligent in his efforts to contact me and in getting my car fixed. Even though I have to make a trip out to Puente Hills from Yorba Linda, it is worth the trip because of people like Javier.

They practice the old fashion way of doing business by treating the customer as king. Free car washes, food, friendly environment, TV, computer hookups and the list goes on. I know there has been a few negative reports, but I find it difficult to accept them. There is a saying, "you can not please everyone all of the time", but they come as close to it as possible. This positive attitude starts with the general manager and works its way through the financial department, to Internet sales, parts department, service department, and through the community support staff. I would strongly recommend this dealer.

I have had such a great experience here. When I bought my car, I had everyone involved. The salesperson, the sales manager, and the customer service manager, I even got to meet the GM! The sales managers were so helpful, they made sure I got everything I needed in my car. The salesperson was great, he let me test drive 4 different coupes before I chose mine! AMAZING! I have taken my car back for it's first service and I wasn't charged anything and my car was washed! Every time I go there (which is every Saturday for the free car wash), the employees greet me, free hot dogs, popcorn, wi-fi (or if you don't have a laptop, you can use one of their computers in the customer area), and they even have these free water bottles with their own labels on it! I have never experienced better service from a car dealership and that's why I will always keep going back for any of my vehicle needs!

It started with Steve who was a great salesperson. He listened and was attentive without being pushy or making me feel like I was between him and his next customer. He was very friendly and approached the negotiation process in a professional and respectful manner. I have to say that I have never had a sales manager spend as much time with me as you did to close a deal. While I can say that you were friendly and professional, I think it’s more important to point out that you clearly understand the value of establishing a relationship. The value of that relationship is that you didn’t change the price $1, yet I still felt very good about the purchase and that I was dealing with good people who wanted my business and to make sure that I was taken care of. The follow up with Lynn was at the same level. She was very professional, courteous, and competent in her knowledge. I dealt with the nicest least pushy sales people I have ever met in the car buying world. My sister doesn't work here and the location is an hour from my house so I wanted to be sure it was worth the drive. I passed several other dealers on my to get to PHH. The site supports an online chat which is light years better than the 15 form emails I got (I really shopped around) saying how happy they were to hear from me. The fleet manager, who helped me was named Jake and he was comfortably laid back maybe sometimes over selling but not more than most and when I had real questions he had real answers. My credit situation is tough and they made it work without using their internal lending facility. Even the financing lady was great. I don't know what kind of experience other people had but I wanted a Hyundai Veloster which was hard to find and they made the whole thing nice and easy. I'll buy from them when my warranty is up or when my 10 year old is old enough to get her first car. My experience was that good.

Kelly Chacon, the customer relations manager at the dealership gave me your email address and said it would be ok to let you know of my overall experience.
I had my car serviced a little over a week ago and I wanted you to know that the service was really fantastic. Kelly Chacon set everything up including a car for me to drive while mine was being worked on for five days. She navigated the entire process from beginning to end flawlessly. Her communication was outstanding. She made sure to stay in contact with me with updates as to what had been done on my car, and what was left to be completed. She answered any and all questions I had repeatedly with the utmost of intelligence and professionalism. The tech that worked on my car Javier was also fantastic. He introduced himself to me and said he would be working on my car the day I dropped it off. Javier even called me twice to let me know how everything was coming and what sort of parts were replaced. He was also awesome and deserves recognition for his outstanding work done on my car.

I wanted to share my thoughts about your employee John Madarang. Mr. Madarang and I started corresponding via email about my potential purchase of a 2011 Hyundai Elantra.
